Turning Point is about taking great people and making them greater. It is about taking good people and making them more than good. And sometimes it is about taking unfulfilled people and helping them grow into roles that will bring them greater job satisfaction.

We know our people are our best resource. We have been hearing this truth for years and yet it can be hard to find the tools to truly maximise this resource of limitless value.  This is what led me to develop Turning Point. This programme, carefully crafted over 20 years, encourages people to soar beyond what they thought was possible and to bring their new found knowledge and attitudes back into their organisations.
Even initially unwilling participants finish this programme enthusiastic; confirming that we can unlock the potential we know is so integral to organisational success.

We have debated what it is that makes Turning Point so successful and what it offers that makes such profound shifts

The best way we have found to describe its essence is that Turning Point gives people time and space for self reflection without any requirement to speak about their own experiences unless they want to. In fact, as one participant put it, the programme requires self reflection through repetition of themes using different examples and models – something for everyone to relate to.

Participants leave the programme with a pocket full of tools to last a lifetime. Tools they can, and do, use at work and
at home. Tools to prioritise time and energy and better manage the everyday challenges of everyday life.
