Victoria Joseph

Victoria is the Business Manager for Richard Joseph & Associates Ltd.  She comes from a background in Human Resources and is a fully qualified practitioner of SHL Psychometric Tools, Saville Consulting Psychometrics, Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Belbin Team Typing.  She conducts assessment centres for leadership programmes consisting of result analysis, indentification and implementation of development needs. 

Victoria is also the co-founder and facilitator for our Waypoint programme, which is aimed at school/polytechnic/university students.   Please feel free to contact her in regards to any matter relating to our business.
