The Turning Point program is held over three days. It is divided into four main modules, which you can see below.
Graduates of Turning Point can access member only content through the modules below. This is in the form of recommended books, tips and articles. We have chosen these to support the key themes highlighted in the module outline.
FormationWhere am I now? Objective: To gain a greater awareness of how the programming and events that have occured in our lives have worked to bring us to where we are now.

Obstacles To ChangeWhat Prevents or hinders me from making changes? Objective: to become aware of how some of our beliefs and experiences may be preventing us from making positive choices in our lives.

ChoicesWhat am I working towards? Objective: to think about how we want our lives to be and to beginforming goals or reviewing existing goals, for further change and development in our lives.

Successful ChangeHow can I successfully achieve positive change in my life? Objective: to obtain some specific techniques which will help us overcome our resistance to change and to build for ourselves the lives that we want.
