Glenys Ker

Glenys Ker is a qualified and highly experienced career development practitioner specializing in work/life coaching, leadership development and all aspects of career planning. 

Glenys brings a diverse employment background to her career practice, having significant experience in teaching in secondary school, polytechnic and university contexts, as well as roles in senior management. 

Glenys is now based in Dunedin where she has her own business, CareerFit. Glenys holds a Masters of Career Development as well as qualifications in commerce and teaching. Glenys works with elite athletes, people in transition (redundancy, career change, back to work and personal development).

Glenys is available to work with clients individually and/or in groups and organisations on a range of career development topics, and is also an experienced motivational speaker. She offers professional supervision and peer mentoring to colleagues working throughout NZ and Australia. She is a trained educator, facilitator, assessor and also enjoys working in the people management environment.
