Sarah’s background is in teaching, so her skills in communication and relationship building, along with those in motivating and engaging people were a natural fit for Richard Joseph and Associates.
Sarah is a facilitator of our flagship programme Turning Point and holds regular team development workshops for our clients. We asked Sarah what she loved most about working for Richard Joseph & Associates and her answer shows why she is perfectly aligned with our philosophies:
“I like getting to meet a wide range of interesting people and learning a little about their journeys, but most of all I love seeing people feel empowered by what we do - seeing the freedom and excitement they feel once they realise they hold the keys to their own fulfilment. It's very gratifying to help create a culture within an organisation where people have permission to be themselves and play to their strengths. With Turning Point Bridge, I just really like working with teenagers - I like the way they think and their sense of humour and it's really rewarding when we constantly get feedback that they've learnt things they haven't been exposed to before and that they will take with them as they move into adulthood.”
Outside of the professional environment, Sarah has a passion for travelling and experiencing new places but is mostly kept busy by her two energetic boys and their obsession with Ninja Turtles. She’s been to as many countries as she’s lived years on this earth, and her goal is to maintain this trend and step foot in 45 countries by the time she’s 45.
Please join us in welcoming Sarah to the team.

People are struggling under very heavy workloads due to the ‘more with less’ paradigm, but, compounding this is the fact that life outside of work, for many people, is just as busy and stressful.Read More »

The fundamental truth about organisational change is that it occurs one person at a time, which means it’s as much about individuals breaking old habits and forming new ones (over time) as anything else, and we know how difficult that can be.Read More »
Before I became a facilitator of Turning Point, I was a participant. When the course finished, I felt so buoyed by the experience, so full of hope and determination. I felt empowered. I want to share a small yet important change I’ve made in my life recently.Read More »
In my work developing people, I often ask my clients, “What do you want in life?” I have asked hundreds of people that question, and the answers are always variations on the same theme: “Inner peace,” “To be happy,” “To make a difference.” Shifting the focus from the external world to the internal empowers people to make changes within themselves.Read More »
