Recently.....

Recently I had a book recommended to me called Theory U  by C. Otto Scharmer. 

It is a must-read for anyone who is interested in the emerging future of leadership, especially leadership in times of great turbulence and systemic change.  For anyone who read Alvin Toffler’s ground breaking best seller Future Shock written in 1970, you will love Theory U.

For Turning Point graduates, you will see affirmation and support for many of the concepts, principles and key learnings presented in the course.

After reading the foreword and testimonials, you will be left in no doubt as to why Theory U is regarded as one of the most important books and defining paradigms of the 21st  Century.
