Anna Nilsen

Prior to joining Richard Joseph & Associates in 2015,  Anna worked as a consultant involved in organisational design, process mapping, role definitions and sizing, facilitating tourism studies, market research and shadow shopping.

Prior to her career in consulting Anna spent over 12 years in the Tourism and Hospitality industries working in leading operations in New Zealand, Australia and Ireland. Positions held include sales analysis, key account management, distribution channel management, yielding policies and procedures, process re-design and staff training.
