Baden Ewart - Pegasus Health

Pegasus Health asked Richard Joseph to conduct his Turning Point: programme with its Senior Management Team, at a time when the organisation was going through a series of stressful changes. The programme was chosen because of its focus on individuals working within teams as the agents of change. We found the workshop was particularly useful as it provided individuals with personal insights with a safe and well facilitated environment.

Richard is a skilled facilitator whose insights, observations and challenges, contributed to our personal and team learning and growth. He continues to engage with members of our Management Team, and has proven to be an insightful and helpful coach to a number of us.

The Turning Point programme has proven to be a robust basis upon which to build and grow the Pegasus Health team.
