Dion O'Donnell - Plunket

The course has resulted in immediate changes in staff attitudes, beliefs and helped improve motivation and give staff a sense of control of their own lives, particularly with the uncertainty surrounding the restructuring of National Office.

I wanted a course that changed people's "mind set" and allowed them to think about things differently. This course certainly achieved this goal and has already benefited staff and the Plunket organisation and I know that more benefits will follow on.
