I am writing to thank you for leading us through the 3 day personal leadership programme last October.

You are of course aware of the background that led us to the programme with both our staff and players having difficulty communicating effectively. The focus seemed to be more on problems, real and perceived, from the past.

I have been delighted with the response from our staff and players to your programme. I have seen greater commitment, good examples of leadership and self responsibility which has placed Otago Cricket in a strong position to build towards the 2004-2005 season.

It took some courage for us to enter into your programme with the wide diversity of participants being our contracted players and professional staff, but I have only heard positive feedback from those who attended.
I would have no hesitation in recommending your programmes to other organisations from either the commercial or sporting worlds.
