Immediate, by placing change in context, developing a greater self-awareness and establishing that individuals can influence their choices and be in control. This awareness at the individual level aids considerably the team dynamics back in the workplace. In general the majority of staff have taken actionable first steps about the choices in their personal and career journeys.

Lasting, from acceptance of new approaches through using your programme material as a reference point to place issues and behaviour in context, as well as apply the practical tools to change habits. Many staff and I use the material as well for motivational purposes. I know staff value your ongoing support and interest.
